Lesley-Ann Brandt was born in Cape Town in South African on 2 December 1981. She is a model and actress well known for her roles in television and film. Brandt has made her American debut in Spartacus: Blood and Sand which is a drama set in the past. She began her acting career in New Zealand who appeared on Diplomatic Immunity. The actress has appeared on numerous shows over the past 10 years and included in them Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians as well as Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Brandt is the character Mazikeen in the show based on urban fantasy Lucifer with Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was originally born in Cape Town South Africa, but relocated with her parents to Auckland New Zealand in late adolescence. Brandt began her modeling career through appearances in commercials as well as in print ads. Before she became a renowned model, Brandt was employed as a retail salesperson, and as a consultant in recruitment for information technology. She landed her first featured role in 2009 in the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity in which she played the character as Leilani Fa'auigaese. Her first appearance was as a character in Spartacus Blood and Sand in 2021. She performed the role of Naevia who was a slave in that show. In the mini-series Spartacus Gods of the Arena She reprised her role of Naevia. Craig Parker starred alongside her in three television shows: Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, she was cast as an elusive demon called Mazikeen in Lucifer, the Netflix popular series Lucifer. She has played her the most significant role to now. The series stars Tom Ellis Lauren Gerber Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside as well as D. B. Woodside.
